Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.

Approved exchanges will be dispatched once the returned item has passed inspection and subject to availability.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at libaaslondonteam@gmail.comwithin 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos.
In these cases, Libaas London will cover return shipping costs.
