1. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Eligibility
You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Refunds are available for eligible returned items.
Exchanges are available subject to stock availability.
Store credit may be offered as an alternative to a refund at our discretion or upon customer request.
2. Conditions for Returns (Refunds or Exchanges)
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Be neatly folded (not crumpled or excessively wrinkled)
Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
Show no signs of wear, washing, or damage
Be returned with proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

The item you wish to return
Whether you are requesting a refund or exchange
The reason for the return
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including postage and packaging.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Libaas London is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
5. Inspection & Processing
Once we receive your return:
The item will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection approval (processing times may vary by payment provider).
Approved exchanges will be dispatched once the returned item has passed inspection and subject to availability.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at libaaslondonteam@gmail.comwithin 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos.
In these cases, Libaas London will cover return shipping costs.
You will be offered a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference and stock availability.
7. Non-Returnable Items

Items returned without original packaging or tags
Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
