What is your return policy?

Glow Modesty only accept returns if the issue is due to an error on our end.

Eligible reasons include:

• You received the wrong item.
• You received a damaged item.
• You received a defective item due to a manufacturing fault.

To qualify for a return:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• The item must not show signs of wear, misuse, or alteration.
• Clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and the issue must be provided for review.

Once your claim is approved and the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method or provide a replacement or store credit, depending on your preference and product availability.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, but only if the issue is due to our error.

We offer exchanges for:

• Incorrect item sent.
• Damaged item received.
• Manufacturing defects.

We do not offer exchanges for:

• Incorrect size ordered.
• Color preference.
• Change of mind.
• Orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer.

What items cannot be returned or exchanged?

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind.
• Incorrect size or color selected by the customer.
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, or damaged after delivery.
• Items without their original tags or packaging.
• Final sale, clearance, promotional, bundle, or discounted items unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Items reported outside the 48-hour claim period.
• Minor differences in color due to screen or monitor settings.

What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

Every order is carefully inspected before shipping.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at glowmodesty.contact@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• Clear photos of the item.
• Photos of the shipping package and shipping label.
• Photos clearly showing the issue.
• A brief explanation of the problem.

Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days. If your claim is approved, we'll provide the appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

How do I start a return?

Step 1: Email glowmodesty.contact@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Step 2: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Step 3: Ship the item back using the instructions provided. Once shipped, email us the tracking number.

Step 4: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund, replacement, or store credit.
