Shipping and Returns
Your Right to Return:
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your items. To return, please contact us at info@pearlbrocade.com.
Return Conditions:
Items must be unused, in their original condition.
Sale items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
To ensure hygiene, scarves/hijabs and scarf caps that show any signs of wear cannot be refunded. Likewise, all accessories are non-refundable.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be processed within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges:
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change an item, you will need to return it in line with our returns policy and place a new order.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for both the return shipping and the original shipping fee, unless the item is faulty or incorrect, in which case we will cover both costs.
If the shipping fee was waived due to a free shipping discount code, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if the item is returned.
